Dr. Pierre Boutros Karam

Dr. Pierre B. Karam is a board-certified vascular surgeon with over 35 years of experience in vascular surgery and phlebology. Since 2021, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to phlebology, specializing in ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy, mechanochemical ablation, and endovenous laser treatment. He has also contributed to the introduction of a new technique in Quebec for treating very large-caliber veins.
